Meet the Comfyologist
Hey, I’m Mica the founder of Honey BeeU and the creator of The Comfyologist Journal.
This space was born out of a simple truth: I was tired of constantly moving, performing, and pouring into everything but myself.
I wanted to rediscover what it felt like to just be to slow down, breathe, and exist in a way that felt soft but still strong.
At first, comfort for me looked like clothes the kind that made me feel beautiful and relaxed, the kind I could wear from my couch to my errands without changing who I was.
That’s how Honey BeeU started as a brand that reminded women that they didn’t have to trade comfort for confidence.
But as I grew as a woman, a creative, and a mom I realized that comfort is so much deeper than fabric. It’s not just in what we wear; it’s in what we allow, what we release, and what we nurture.
That realization became The Comfyologist Journal.
This space is for the parts of us that need rest but still want to shine.
It’s for the woman who’s constantly balancing her world work, motherhood, emotions, expectations and trying to find moments of peace in the middle of it all.
When I became a mom, I learned that comfort is sacred. It’s not selfish it’s survival.
There’s a certain kind of peace that comes from giving yourself permission to slow down, to let go of guilt, and to remember that softness is strength.
My child reminds me of that daily. The way they play, rest, and live in the moment it’s the truest form of Comfyology there is.
So when I talk about comfort, I’m not just talking about socks, sets, or candles (though I love all those things).
I’m talking about the art of making your life feel like home in your body, your space, and your mind.
Here, I write about comfort as a lifestyle, a mindset, and a movement.
Because I believe every woman deserves to live in ease, without apology.
If this journal feels like a deep breath, then I’ve done my job.
